Well-being through comfort
Every person is different, and feels differently. We know that, and we therefore offer a variety of mattresses to suit the various needs of your residents, while also taking into account the various challenges from a medical perspective. You can therefore be sure that when you choose a mattress, your requirements for comfort and pressure ulcer prevention will be satisfied.
Of course, we also consider the technical and hygiene requirements, and the specifications contained in the DIN EN 60601-2-52 standard, which also regulate the combination of mattresses and beds, in particular those with safety sides. It goes without saying that the upholstery fabrics are robust enough to withstand the tough daily care routine. This is quality you can feel.
The quality of life of bedridden people can be significantly increased with reliable protection against pressure ulcers. Pressure ulcer prevention mattresses have proved themselves, because they comply with the two key standards of a medical mattress: they distribute pressure evenly and allow sufficient circulation of the air, which helps to avoid unpleasant heat build-up, and generates a healthy climate.
The P1 viscoelastic pressure ulcer prevention mattress with edge support is suitable for pressure ulcer prevention and therapy (grade 1-2, when all other measures are taken into account). It features an exceptionally high level of comfort thanks to 7 cm visco foam, which optimally adapts to the body shape, and it is equipped with pressure-relieving properties and a good microclimate. The mattress is recommended for residents with a high risk of pressure ulcers, and is available with a PU cover or evacuation cover.
The P2 viscoelastic comfort mattress also supports pressure ulcer prevention and therapy (grade 1-2, when all other measures are taken into account). The 2-layer sandwich mattress is sure to provide a high level of comfort with 5 cm visco foam. The mattress reduces the risk of local impaired circulation of the skin. It is recommended for residents with a moderate risk of pressure ulcers, and is available with a PU cover or an evacuation cover.
Bed is a particularly pleasant place in anyone's life. We spend more time in bed than anywhere else, including in old age. We should therefore place particular emphasis on well-being in bed. Good breathability and comfortable mattress surfaces are basic factors that must be considered.
The C1 comfort mattress features outstandingly comfortable sandwich padding. The combination of 3 cm visco foam and 9 cm cold foam ensures comfortable support in a good microclimate. Multi-zone holes in the foam remove moisture, thereby ensuring superior ventilation of the mattress core. The mattress ensures healthy and dry sleeping conditions. It is available with a PU cover.
Our universal mattresses are suitable for a variety of applications. They are suitable for almost all applications in the care sector, and benefit from our experience
with comfort and pressure ulcer prevention mattresses.
The one-piece, open-pore U1 cold foam mattress consists of 100% polyurethane cold foam. It features excellent ventilation properties and very good moisture management. The foam is 12 cm thick to ensure a high level of comfort. The protective cover is made of diffusible 100% polyurethane coating. The mattress is also available with an evacuation cover.
The C2 climate mattress with a Rhombo-therm® cover impresses with a combination of 10 cm cold foam and 4 cm Rhombo-therm®. Rhombo-therm® is a temperature- and moisture-balancing material. The patented punched hole technology ensures a unique point elasticity with high resilience, generous air circulation throughout, and excellent durability. This comfort mattress is available with a PU cover, or with an evacuation cover.
During emergency evacuation procedures, there is no time to waste. In nursing homes, in particular, this can present a real problem, since a large number of residents may be bedridden and immobile. Our evacuation mattresses have significant advantages compared to traditional evacuation sheets.
They are always connected to the mattress, which is particularly practical and saves time. Generously sized strap handles on all sides of the mattress provide the necessary flexibility in an emergency. This ensures that the person being rescued can be carried safely out of the danger zone during evacuation.
Where mattresses are concerned, comfort is always the top priority. If they are fitted with a few useful details, they can even become useful aids in an emergency situation.
